Ha ve a Happy Tho ught:     There is an old saying that you learn something new every day. (My college roommate added the corollary that once she learned something, that meant she could go back to bed – no matter how early in the day it was!)     Unfortunately, sometimes the new thing you learn is, in fact, not true. So fact-checking is always a good thing to do (yes, I very much try to fact-check these emails, but have and will miss things!). Have a Happy Thought:  Lately I’ve been hearing a lot about how finding a flow state , or sitting quietly with your brain in its default mode network can help you find satisfaction or, dare I say, happiness in your day-to-day. Another way to describe each of these is getting lost – in your thoughts, in your work, etc. Another way to get lost is to find yourself in the middle of a puzzle, or maze. Or, perhaps, a labyrinth.
